one-to-one yoga for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum
I offer one-to-one yoga and yoga therapy sessions in my home studio space, in Cirencester.
Ideal if you're looking for bespoke and tailored support, within the perinatal period. You will come away from sessions with a small, manageable plan, a greater understanding and connection to your body and a deeper sense of rest and relaxation. These sessions are nurturing, and offer you whatever you need at the time. I will also signpost you to further resources after our sessions.
I am a trained fertility, pre and postnatal yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and BRM perinatal trained practitioner.
Private sessions with me involve an initial movement and mobility assessment, postural and breath observations, and we take time to discuss your health, lifestyle and what’s brought you to seeking support. I work holistically, and meet you wherever you are at. I use a variety of yoga models in my approach, that encompass movement, breathe, sound, relaxation, and self-enquiry. We co-create a home practise, or small changes to your everyday movements, to support your wellbeing.

I regularly support people through trying to conceive (IVF, miscarriage, loss), pregnancy related issues (sciatica, back pain, insomnia, anxiety, PGP) and postpartum (back pain, diastasis recti, core recovery, pelvic floor support, prolapse, PND, anxiety)
I would suggest starting with 3 sessions, to establish where you are at, how yoga can help, and together we can form a small practise plan for you. However, I can also offer single sessions of support.
3 session package of support £155
Initial 1.5hr session and assessment, followed by 2 x 1hr sessions. You're welcome to bring baby along with you.
