Sunday 3:00pm - 4:15pm (monthly class)
A lovely way to end the week and wind down. Class will offer you a gentle stretch with a flowing sequence that will then bring you into longer-held postures, finishing off with a long relaxation that will help you feel nourished and rested.
The benefit of being at home when practicing is that you can use pillows, blankets, and any other props that you might need to ensure you are as comfortable as possible!
