I offer one-to-one yoga therapy sessions in my home studio space, in Cirencester. I can also offer these via zoom, if that is more suitable. Private sessions with me involve an initial movement and mobility assessment, postural and breath observations, and we take time to discuss your health, lifestyle and what’s brought you to seeking support. I work holistically, and meet you wherever you are at. I use a variety of yoga models in my approach, that encompass movement, breathe, relaxation, and self-enquiry. You might be drawn to yoga therapy for supporting physical issues, emotional wellbeing (such as stress or anxiety) or perhaps a mixture of both.
I would suggest starting with 3 sessions, to establish where you are at, how yoga can help, and together we can form a small practise plan for you (if you want one).
